The Iris redesign

• DesignPlatform-wide refresh: a fresh look across the whole platform, with refined colours and typography, consistent page layouts and tidier charts and tiles.
• NewHome dashboard: headline stats for your organisation, quick links to the areas you use most, a setup checklist for new organisations and a live activity feed.
• DesignFinance and assessing: the finance and assessment areas rebuilt in the new style, so they are clearer and easier to work in.
• PerformanceFaster loading: the platform opens noticeably quicker, and keeps working smoothly even while we release updates behind the scenes.

• ImprovedClean share embeds: dashboards you share or embed on your own website no longer show a "Powered by Echo Impact" footer, so they blend right in.

• PerformanceSnappier activity views: activity pages load much faster, and a new chart shows what happened day by day.
• ImprovedLogic model builder: the free public builder was redesigned in Echo's style and streamlined into a single guided flow.

• ImprovedRicher exports: spreadsheet exports of survey responses now show which project and organisation each response belongs to, plus when it was submitted and its status.
• ImprovedEasier forms: questions are grouped into clear sections with an always-visible list for jumping around, so long forms are simpler to work through.
• NewAssessment tools: new question types and compliance screening for application rounds.

• NewScheduled application windows: set an opening and closing time on any intake and the round opens and closes itself.
• NewCustom tags: organisations you track can now carry your own tags and categories.
• ImprovedTidier timelines: long file notes on a project timeline now fold away neatly, with a short AI-written summary shown up front.

• NewSimpler dashboard sharing: share links can now carry their access code inside the link, so recipients open a dashboard in one click, and shared dashboards work better on phones.

• ImprovedLogic model builder: the public builder now draws your model on a live canvas as you answer, shows its thinking while it analyses your organisation, and emails you the result.
• ImprovedAssessment rounds: filter the application picker by stream and status when setting up a round.

• NewReports hub: a new reports area with standard reports for every organisation, exportable to spreadsheets, with your choice of columns, filters and submission status.
• NewFeedback on reports: readers can flag feedback anywhere in a report, and your team can resolve it and notify them.

• DesignMetrics redesign: a rebuilt metrics area, with your custom fields able to be promoted into tracked KPIs.
• ImprovedAssessment rounds: redesigned rounds and assessor portal, and assessors can now format their comments.
• ImprovedEnrichment review: one place to review everything Echo finds about your organisations, with better news quality and the ability to add articles by link.
• PerformanceA much faster portfolio: big portfolios now load progressively with instant tab switching, so you can start working while the rest fills in.

• ImprovedProject notes: notes now have categories, a cleaner design and a searchable timeline.
• NewTeam notifications: your team is notified when application, update or acquittal forms arrive, and editors can be set per stream.

Voice interviews

• NewAI-moderated voice interviews: participants can now speak their survey answers in a natural conversation. Echo asks the questions, listens, transcribes and analyses the responses.
• ImprovedForms navigation: forms and interviews now live in a familiar folder layout with a simpler create flow.
• NewBot protection: public surveys are protected against automated submissions, with a bot-review view for anything suspicious.
• ImprovedGrantee portal: applications and submissions now have shareable links, with AI summaries surfaced for your grantees.

• NewAssistant chat and custom visualisations: ask questions of your data in plain language, and build your own charts.
• NewRegistry lookup: pull official ABR and ACNC registry details for any Australian organisation, one at a time or in bulk.
• ImprovedPortfolio overview: a new overview tab, redesigned project profiles and a shared recent-activity feed.
• ImprovedSecond chances: grantees can pull a submitted update or acquittal back to draft to fix something before review.

• NewAI form builder: describe the form you need in a chat and Echo drafts it for you, with version history as you refine it.
• NewDeep enrichment: one action gathers an organisation's public footprint into its profile.
• ImprovedPortfolio sharing: share links can be named and renamed, and public embeds now match what you see inside Echo.
• ImprovedForms housekeeping: drag several forms into folders at once, show or hide questions based on checkbox answers, and add banner images to templates.

• ImprovedAssessment rounds: results can be exported, compared assessor by assessor, and read at a glance in new charts.
• ImprovedPublic logic models: a redesigned viewer with a slide-out detail panel, plus PowerPoint upload.
• FixReliable imports: spreadsheet imports no longer separate applications from their submissions.
