Our primary customers are Private Ancillary Funds (PAFs), philanthropic foundations, and impact organisations with $1M–$50M+ in annual disbursements. We also work with government grant programs and organisations running structured programs or cohorts, such as accelerators and fellowship programs.

Echo’s AI engine works across your data to generate plain-language summaries of applications, produce board-ready impact reports, highlight relevant content for assessors during review, and keep your portfolio data current by pulling from public records and third-party sources. AI features are fully opt-in and can be turned off at any time — you’re always in control.

Yes. You can onboard external assessors to review and score applications against your criteria through a dedicated assessor portal. They don’t need full system access, and every score and decision is logged for audit purposes.

Echo tracks people, organisations, and outcomes across grant cycles — following 18 activity types over time, including employment changes, new ventures, publications, funding events, and awards. This longitudinal approach lets you see the real long-term impact of your funding, not just immediate outputs.

During onboarding, we migrate your existing data from spreadsheets, databases, or other systems into the platform. Our team handles the cleanup and structuring. Once live, new data flows in through applications, grantee submissions, automated tracking, and your team’s day-to-day use.

Yes. Echo Impact is built on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with role-based access controls, encrypted data storage, and full audit logging of every action taken in the system.

Onboarding is a scoped consulting engagement where we migrate your existing data, configure your impact framework, set up your workflows, and train your team. We do the heavy lifting so you’re operational from day one. This can optionally include an impact logic model workshop.

We don’t hand over a login and disappear. Your team gets a dedicated relationship manager, regular check-ins, and direct access to our support team for day-to-day questions.
